UIndy Health Pavilion

Working closely with the University of Indianapolis, planned, designed, and developed a build-to-suit academic office building at the gateway to its campus. The building was completed in August 2015 on-time and under budget, and currently houses academic offices, classrooms, and laboratories that cater to UIndy's health disciplines and is 152,000 SF.
UIndy Greyhound Village
STUDENT HOUSING
In partnership with the University of Indianapolis developed a four-story, 196 unit apartment building on UIndy’s campus. The property houses up to 480 students and features one to four bedroom units, private baths, kitchens, living areas and washers and dryers.

HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER
The Avondale Meadows Health & Wellness Center includes an 18,000-square-foot health clinic operated by Health Net and a 32,000-square-foot YMCA, and is environmentally sustainable with a LEED Silver designation. The Center provides early learning classrooms for children, as well as youth mentoring and family programs.
EAST VILLAGE
800+ units of mixed-income residential units. Unit mixes include apartments, town homes, and single family, with some for sale and some for rent. Housing serves families and seniors.
